All of our new and reconditioned straight stairlifts come with a minimum 12 months warranty but in most cases this is 2 years warranty. If you decide to rent a straight stairlift then all service, repairs and maintenance costs are included in the monthly charge.
New straight stairlifts are available from Central Mobility with two years warranty from some of the industries leading manufacturers. These include Brooks, Bespoke, Handicare and Platinum. We offer a wide range of new straight stairlifts to suit every budget. From our popular new Brooks straight stairlift, Handicare new straight stairlifts, to our luxurious range of Platinum straight stairlifts.
Reconditioned straight stairlifts from Central Mobility are one of our most popular options. Our used stair lifts are all good quality examples and an ideal solution when a new stairlift may not be affordable. All of our reconditioned stair lifts come with a minimum of 12 months full warranty and 24 hour support.

I had a problem with our stairlift, contacted the brand company who diagnosed the fault as a £400.00 fix.
I then emailed Wayne at Centralmobility.co.uk and Wayne identified the fault to be probably batteries, he was right, a £28.00 fix, this guy rang me on his day off to talk me through the replacements, I cannot speak highly enough of Wayne Rogers a superb and dedicated engineer. Thankyou

We were fortunate that Wayne was able to come and fit a stair lift for us at short notice yesterday and he did an incredible job, from the very first time I contacted him he was professional and interested in getting the job done properly and his skill, attention to detail and work ethic are second to none.
Wayne installed the lift without making any mess whatsoever and was kind and patient when demonstrating how to use it.

Wayne came out today and had a tough job on his hands. Our stair lift had been redundant for about three years and was way in need of service . On further investigation Wayne discovered that it had been serviced poorly by another company . He carefully went through all the issues and put everything right and it’s absolutely fantastic now . Back in… top working order and been put right professionally . If you’ve got equipment like this that you are going to rely on you really need some one who knows their game . Wayne is the guy . I had already purchased my own stair lift & needed somebody to install it. I contacted Wayne who came out to have a look & measure up. He gave me a really quick installation date, & turned up as promised.
He was truly professional throughout the process from start to finish, even finding a fault after he had fit it. He ordered the part immediately & told me it could be early the next week before it arrived & he could fit it. An electrician rewiring my mother's house damaged the charging unit (pretty much smashed the casing) then left the house with tape across it trying to claim the unit was faulty. My mother was very concerned that the stairlift would breakdown down as she was using it. I called Wayne and he came the next day (at some distance) and replaced the unit damaged by the workman giving my mother piece of mind. Excellent customer service.

I have twice now had to use the services, firstly a couple of years ago for my mum and for the last 12 months for my dad.
