Below is a selection of typical stair configurations which Oakland straight stairlifts and curved stairlifts can be installed on. You can even have the Stairlift continue along hallways or landings if necessary.
Please note, straight configurations B & C can be used in conjunction with a custom made transfer platform rather than opting for the more expensive curved stairlifts however you may still find that one of our curved stairlifts would be more suitable for you.

Or you are requiring our Next Day installation service which is available on some of our straight stairlifts. This service is designed for 'emergency installations' where the stairlift is required urgently, even faster than our normal efficient service.

Excellent service! From our initial chat with Rob on the phone to his same day survey the information he gave us really helped understand what we needed for our Mum to help her get back up the stairs. The engineers arrived on time and were very clean and tidy also respected our COVID fears. Thanks to all at Oakland!

We were looking to fit a stair lift in our house so that my elderly mum could move in with us, unfortunately though, our stairs are very narrow and we couldn’t find a company that could help. I contacted Oakland Stairlifts in one last desperate attempt to find something that would be suitable for our stairs and mum.
I spoke with Rob who was friendly and came out in no time to measure up . He really worked with me to find something that would be comfortable for mum to use andwithin a week, we had a lovely safe and reasonably priced stairlift installed by an expert clean and efficient fitter

Brilliant service from start to finish. No pressure selling. Made my mum in law very relaxed and reassured. Her stairlift is a reconditioned model, but it looks brand new! What a difference this had made to her life. Fitted in under 2 hours. We would highly recommend Oakland, friendly, fast and efficient!! Thank you Oakland and special thanks to Rob.
