We would advise that all prospective purchasers find out as much information as possible before bidding on a property. It is best practice to carry out your due diligence prior to bidding. All properties for auction will be advertised with a guide price, this is an indication of the price the vendor is expecting to achieve and not necessarily the figure at which a property will sell.

Venmores offer a 100% free auction appraisal. One of our experienced auction valuers will visit your property and discuss with you a price they feel confident in achieving at our next auction.
We're open to partnerships from any estate or letting agent, management company, solicitor, accountant, or other professional body. If you are an agent and are currently marketing the property for rent/sale or are managing the property for a client and you recommend for them to try and dispose through Venmore Auctions we will take you on as a joint agent and will offer a fair 50/50 split of any commission fee we agree with the vendor.

I have recently sold 2 houses in Venmores last auction and wanted to write a review to say how pleased I was with the service I received. Nicky and the team was fantastic and the level of service was amazing. I was constantly kept in the loop with the due diligence of the property values/reserves, the marketing of the property right through to the day of the auction where I sold both houses at top prices.
