Very friendly and efficient service from Anna. Low commission charges and international registered post (at cost only!). Far better packaging for my good than I would have expected. I just hope that you have more items that I can bid on in future, so I can do further business with this company.

Charge way too much commission, adds 40% to the price. Most other auctions are around 20%.

I felt rushed and that I had a very cold service when I wanted to sell some of my late Mum's treasures. It took a few months but they did eventually sell them and sent me a cheque. Sorry but it was a rather impersonal service.

Terrible customer service. No communication prior to auction. Had to chase up for information and received abrupt replies. Taking weeks to be paid for sold items (still waiting), weeks to have unsold items returned (still waiting) and very rude and dismissive replies to text messages from John Crane when asked for updates . I Would not recommend this company to anyone.

IF YOU WANT TO FIND/BUY 100% authentic paintings/items you should know what you're buying....
In my opinion it is fair enough as they market their auction that way, so everybody has a self responsibility what they want to buy and what not...
I had very good experience with the customer service, Anna , Mr Crane and the items, because I know what I am looking for. Great opportunity to buy very rare art...

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased a couple of items via an online auction and instead of phoning me to request payment they simply emailed me a follow up invoice with extra charges added. It doesn't take a lot to pick up the telephone to resolve an issue.
