Called up BJ Salvage this morning - attentive on the phone and called back as promised within 10 minutes. Car picked up by a very delightful chap who got the car up the flatbed truck within a second literally then promptly got the papers signed and payment made into my account. All within 1 hour of making the initial call. Superb service.
