
Established in 2008, Bay Tree VA is an experienced team of remote-working executive assistants and office managers. With our roots in Suffolk and our team predominantly based in the East of England, we support businesses and individuals nationwide. Jane, Fiona and Sharon are the front line contacts for clients and BTVAs. We are responsible for the smooth running of Bay Tree VA and for choosing who joins the team. With our experience and having worked as virtual assistants ourselves, we have a detailed understanding of what makes a great assistant.
Meet Steve - he is a driven entrepreneur, full of ideas with not enough hours in the day. He is aware that he is not a completer/finisher, but that is where we come in. There are many tasks which you can get side tracked into doing which are not the best use of your time but need doing nonetheless to keep the cogs turning. Typing up meeting notes or compiling and finessing documents can be tasks that often keep slipping down the To Do list. Your BTVA can therefore save you time by doing this for you and formatting, proof reading, inserting pictures, creating PowerPoint slides or flowcharts etc.
