Along with its handcrafted oak frame, it also comes packed with top of the range professional photography equipment to ensure flawless images every time.
At Epic Event Hire, our white LED dance floors are perfect to hire for all occasions in any venue. With a pure white gloss finish and twinkling star lights, our white LED dance floors are perfect for weddings, awards nights, gala dinners, school proms, parties and corporate events. Our white LED dance floor panels contain bright white LEDs, which are wirelessly controlled by a hand held device.
These light up numbers and letters are hand made from reclaimed timber and are the ideal addition to a rustic wedding or any other themed event. We stock the whole alphabet and a large selection of numbers in these rustic beauties so you can spell our your initials or even spell out your whole name or your age.
These beautiful rustic 4ft light up MR & MRS letters really do add a touch of charm to any venue. They are also great for same sex marriages too and can be presented in a MR & MR or MRS & MRS configuration too. I used Epic for lighting, their photo booth and DJ for my wedding at Oxnead Hall. They were always very responsive, helpful (even though I am aware I was a pain and kept changing my mind)! I was soooo pleased with the DJ Dan, he was so much fun and our guests loved him! I would definitely recommend Epic ❤️

Kerry and Dan went above and beyond creating a stunning light display at our wedding. It was clear they wanted to do what looked best for the venue, rather than sticking to exactly what we had discussed. It meant they added on extra bits and more lights, and the result was stunning and the centrepiece of our day. They're also lovely, really helpful at all times and incredibly knowledgable about the industry. An A* supplier.

We held our wedding on the 28th of August 2021 and Epic Event Hire did a fabulous job decorating the venue and our dining area . The centre pieces , floral arrangements , signage , wedding boxes and more looked simply beautiful . Many thanks for the excellent service and patience with our many requests .

Kerry, Dan and the rest of the team at Epic worked miracles when they transformed our wedding venue! Drapes, lights and the most beautiful sparkly dance floor made our wedding even more amazing! We added some extras to our order after postponing (table plan easel and a cake stand) and this was done with no problems and Kerry was always so quick to respond. We had the most beautiful wedding with a lot of it being down to the Epic team! Our lighting was spectacular and all our guests adored the photo booth. It was a great addition to have some professional photos whilst still waiting for those from our photographer, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We were recommended Epic by a friend to us for organising a Prom at our school (The Hewett Academy), working with a short time scale and with Covid restrictions made organising the prom trickier than normal. But from the outset Kerry was brilliant in working with the Prom-fest vision we had and helping to create our ideas and being flexible and patient with us.
Dan and his team were equally epic (excuse the pun) on the days of set up and the day of the prom solving some logistical issues and bringing the whole space to life and light.
