Overlooking beautiful farmland and tucked away behind an idyllic group of established trees, these charming cottages are designed in a modern and stylish way while incorporating a typical English country cottage feel. Each cottage provides a utility room that includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer for those rainy days.
Kiddicott Farm Cottages can accommodate all working professionals, project co-ordinators and contractors. We understand that staying connected to the world is very important to a lot of people, which is why we offer fast complimentary broadband, and the reception for phone signal and 4G is excellent.
The coastal walk starts at Exmouth beach in Devon and ends at the The Old Harry Rocks in Dorset, which is 95 miles, but you can join the walk at any point. The city centre has a lot to offer with a Gothic Cathedral, ancient city walls, underground passages, fine dining, cocktail bars, art galleries and boutique shops.

We spent the past week here with family of 5 - what a fantastic place! Christine and family couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The cottage has everything anybody could want during a holiday and is situated in a rural & peaceful setting with easy access to Topsham, Exmouth and Exeter. Would highly recommend Kiddicott Farm for anyone wishing to visit the area.

We've just stayed 5 days at Kiddicott and had an amazing time. The accommodation was spotless/ perfect and we were well situated in the countryside with loads of space for our kids to play safely. Christine is a very friendly host and made us feel welcome and helped us out quickly when we needed it. Great beaches nearby too at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. We'll definitely go back next year.

A beautiful stay! We had a quick two-night stay with the extended family in Christine’s new cottage at the farm and had the most wonderful time. The facilities at the house are excellent and the fully equipped ensuite rooms mean we all had our own personal space too. My daughter loved the company of the chickens outside, as well as the two friendly dogs Milo and Jake. Conveniently located off the M5, the farm is also within minutes to a large Tesco and some local farm shops too. We’d love to be back for another staycation soon!

We stayed in Cottage 1 for 7 nights at Easter with 2 adults and 5 children.
The photos don't do justice to this cottage.. the owners have done a fantastic job. The cottage is immaculate, modern and everything works.
The cottage has everything you need in the kitchen, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. We also were extremely grateful that the owners had supplied extras such as towels, linen, toilet roll, washing up things, even some washing tablets for the machine. They'd really thought of everything and it made life very easy and relaxing!
The children were also allowed to play wherever
