Weichert needs to start responding to customers, not committing to come back on all the issues and never replying. Obviously doing a professional job in the first place would be an improvement also, but failing that, actually responding to customers (at all) would be a huge improvement. Pay our expenses, cover our damage claim, don't break all our stuff in the first place. Now the damage has been done, just answering our emails would make us happier...
