Very friendly and welcoming. Tried to hire a Hertz van prior to finding Frosts and they wanted you to jump through hoops and had no customer service. What a refreshing change Frosts are. Polite and friendly. Happy to talk to you on the phone and you can even pop into the office prior to your booking to make sure all your documents are in order. Will be using again and would recommend them to everyone.

Very positive! Opens v early. Very flexible. Easy going. Asked me to check the car and video it my self. Dropped it last night and they gave me the option to drop the keys through the letter box. Easy, polite, professional family service.
