Whitgreave Primary School is a thriving, vibrant place to be, with dedicated staff and Governors, who all work as part of one large cohesive team, in order to meet the needs of each and every pupil within our care. We strive to achieve the very best for all of our pupils and also to ensure that we provide a supportive environment, where our pupils can grow and flourish.
All of our staff and Governors work tirelessly, to make Whitgreave the best that it can be. As the Head Teacher, I feel very privileged to work with such fantastic pupils and superb, hard-working staff and Governors.

Services
Support each and every pupil, to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally, celebrating achievements, both within and outside of school. Nurture and develop self-esteem and a self-belief for all pupils, so that pupils are prepared to take risks with their learning and learn from their mistakes.
In order to further improve our homework systems and parental engagement within school, we have introduced our Learning Together Journals. In addition to regular homework, which is usually English and Maths based, pupils are given a Project to complete with support from home, once every half-term. These Projects are then marked by the Class Teacher, in line with the School's Marking Policy.
Whitgreave Primary School has the safety and security benefit of CCTV cameras around the school site. The CCTV cameras are a preventative measure and have been installed to help protect the school building and assets and would be used to support West Midlands Police, should an instance arise, in a bid to deter and detect crime.
As an innovative and modern school, we look to prepare our students for the 'real world' that lies ahead in as many ways as possible. The Whitgreave Community Radio Station is one of many ways in which we help to prepare our students with real life experiences.
Not only is the school radio a fun thing for students to get involved in, but it is also an exceptionally professional resource from which to gain real life experience and develop essential skills in a professional environment, using professional equipment that is the current industry standard.Inclusion - Our School Radio Station is run by the students and for the students, which helps to build an inclusive atmosphere in the school.
