From my initial phone call, Fernwood (Amy) have been helpful and professional.
They found me very good tenants who were in situ in around six weeks.
All the little jobs to get the property up to spec were either included in the original fees or completed at competitive rates.
Rental payments made on time.
Highly recommended.

I can strongly recommend Fernwood Property Management. They have excellent relations with both tenants and landlords. Fernwood manage the whole process in a very friendly and professional way.
Although initially nervous about renting my property I have found the whole process worry free thanks to the efforts of Fernwood.
My agent at Fernwood is Amy, she is very experienced in property lettings and does her very best to keep tenants and landlords content.
I have used other well known agencies in the past but have never received such an efficient service with great communications.

A great family run company with a professional approach to property management. I have been working with Fernwood management, In particular Amy now for around three years. Her communication skills are for me what make the company stand out from the rest. I have always found them great value for money and compared to other companies I've used in the past the service they offer is excellent. I would recommend giving them a call to see for yourselves .

Fantastic service, very professional and personable. I have been working with Fernwood for a couple of years now and trust them to manage my two properties.
