Excellent boating electronics at great prices. But unlike some manufacturers, Raymarine customer services is second to none. The provide excellent post sales support, even out of hours support as the phone will diver to open offices. The UK team are particularly good and put other manufacturers to shame!

I bought a Dragonfly Wi Fish in November 2018. Well, the device no longer works properly and never really has it. Therefore it is probably just 3 years no longer to buy Bach .... The seller complained of defects, who then announced that the warranty had expired, Dragonfly only has a 12-month warranty. So it expired exactly 2 months .... Suggestion from the seller and Raymarine that I could send it in at my own expense and then check what could be. Really now? Spend around € 70 for testing one device, which costs € 199 new? Are you crazy? Raymarine can be stolen from me in the future! Attention
