Was recommended to Kings Marine LTD as a Yamaha stockist. I needed some spares for my small outboard, which they had in stock.
I didn’t catch the guys name but he gave me some great advice and one of the mechanics helped me out with some additional tips.
I’ll definitely be using them again.
PS, I got it going today and made the tide

Good Honest Company
I live on a island with boat access only and Kings Marine have looked after my boats and engines for many many years. During that time I could not fault them. I have always felt that they take pride in there work and customer service. One of my favorite very old boats required an engine rebuild (re sleeved etc) and due to it's age, had another part fail after it was returned . There were no parts available to repair it but Michael searched for ages to source parts that could be used and happily it's now "pop popping" along beautifully. Another company would have found it easier and less effort to say, "sorry can't help you with this". Thanks for all your work over the years.

This company has looked at our boats engine three times, they've had it out of the water twice. Had thousands of pounds and pretty much bodged every work they did do. Drilled two huge screws through the side of the boat so it needed a gel coat repair. Their employees have been rude to us. Avoid them, unless you want a similar experience. Talking to them, they're absolutely charming but as their work is concerned, it leaves a little something to be desired.

Kings are great. Marine engineers sometimes get a bad rap as being expensive, grumpy and unhelpful. These guys are the opposite. Friendly, full of advice, responsive and honest.
During the season, boats often play up. But Kings are always responsive to fix problems and keep you on the water. They’ll prioritise jobs so you don’t miss a weekend’s boating. And then ask afterwards if you had a good weekend and everything was ok.
These guys don’t deal with the glamorous side of boating. They’re not always having the happy chat with prospective buyers about their boating dreams. They’re
