Amazing service!
Emily from customer service - answered all my questions, sent me pictures of the product to remove all doubt and was quick and prompt to respond to anything and everything no matter how annoying I was.

A great range of quality products for anyone who loves the countryside. I purchased my Le Chameau Vierzonard Neoprene lined wellington boots online but I also went to their shop in Castle Ashby which was so friendly and they gave me a lot of advise on the best items for my countryside pursuits

Have always received excellent customer service from Tredders. Unlike many online retail stores, they are easy to contact via phone and are happy to discuss any queries. They are also able to offer great knowledge and advice on all of their products.
They also have a great countryside store located in a fantastic shopping yard in Castle Ashby, again, with very welcoming and attentive staff.

Tredders is based in a quaint courtyard in Castle Ashby. The quality of their foot and outerwear they stock is fantastic and there is something to suit all price points. I bought a lovely pair of Joules wellies and a Barbour coat. The staff were eager to help when needed. Thanks Tredders!

Tredders is my first choice for quality footwear. An exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff that never fails to go above and beyond for customers. They are predominantly an online seller but they have a lovely shop in Castle Ashby. Despite mostly selling online, they will call you if you have a request, where most other retailers would simply email you - and these personal touches certainly don't go unnoticed!

I recently purchased a pair of Barkers Ladies Violet Chelsea Boots from Tredders Quality Footwear. They are a beautifully crafted boot and I'm delighted with my purchase. The team at Tredders were very patient whilst I deliberated the finish and colour options - thank you! They are predominantly an online retailer but they also have a lovely little retail store in the delightful Castle Ashby Rural Shopping Yard in Northamptonshire. I'm currently coveting some Le Chameau
