Campsie Campers are a Skiwi (Scottish/Kiwi) family campervan hire business, owned and operated by Trevor and Pauline Mayo. We are passionate about you having the holiday of a lifetime. We have late model, VW Campervans (and more!) that are fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday.
Nessie, our 2-berth Peugeot Skye-Liner Campervan for Hire, travelling the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Perfect for couples and romantic getaways. Fully self-contained campervan for ideal use in all weather conditions. Joined in 2020 by her siblings, Bonnie and Mackie, to complete the identical campervan trio.
Pretty much everything including unlimited mileage and 2 Drivers. Plus all the essentials we could think of to make sure you have the campervan holiday of a lifetime. Campsie Campers were our first port of call from start to finish everything was smooth and simple.
We arranged to pick up a Peugeot Boxer, 2 Berth camper. Outstanding and with a clear instructional video sent out as part of booking system, we were in and out in 10 minutes.
Having never used a camper van before we were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of accommodation. Well insulated and warm.
Trevor was superb with support and advice. I highly recommend trying this if you are looking

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Robbie the VWT6 Pop-Top and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room we had for cooking, sleeping, and taking shelter from the temperamental Scottish Highlands weather!
The camper was also a dream to drive, even on winding and bumpy single track roads!

A friendly family run business. Helpful and accommodating. There were a few hiccups with initial booking but always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to help. The van suited us perfectly. In pristine condition and lovely to drive.

We hired ‘Izzie’ for a week mid-September and we had the best time. Trev was fantastic, always quick to reply to any questions before our trip and very friendly! The van had everything we needed and we were… very sad to hand the keys back! Would highly recommend Campsie Campers to all of our friends and family, we hope to be back in Scotland one day and we would definitely use them again! 😀 🚐

Booked nessie for 5 days 4 nights perfect size for 2 people .Nessie is a very easy van to drive and can cope with most roads that you can find in Scotland .Headroom in the van is great and all that you need is in the van. Campsie Campers are a great company to deal with and would highly recommend them Thanks again to Pauline and Trevor will be in touch to book again soon.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Nessie (one of the Peugeot Boxer vans). We took her for an epic 2-week tour of the Highlands and Western Isles. This was our first campervan trip, and Nessie made things easy. So glad we went for the more spacious Peugeot.
The quality of the van is superb - great to drive (and still small enough to park easily), really well kitted out, and very comfortable. A real home from home!
Also must mention the really friendly service from Campsie Campers - so helpful! Handy video guide too covering all aspects of life in the van - this gave some reassurance before

We hired Bonnie for ten days in the summer to visit Skye and the Western Isles, as a couple with a Collie. Everything about the service was five star. Trevor was always welcoming and helpful, and our camper was speedy and beautifully appointed inside, with real personality. Altogether our experience was lots of fun, and that's not even to mention the views and the sea. We had a puncture in a very remote part of North Uist and Trevor helped us to get the mechanic on site and we were soon ready to go once more. We're looking forward to hiring again to visit new places. Thank you Trevor!

We hired the Weinsberg for our honeymoon in June and it was absolutely fantastic. The campervan came with all the essentials required. We found our time during the campervan very comfortable and enjoyed the freedom this gave us. We had a minor incident where someone clipped our wing mirror but this was covered through the comprehensive cover Campsie Campers offer. Trevor was fantastic from the beginning to the end of the booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 👍

This was our first time hiring a campervan; we hired the Jimmy - campervan for ten nights and had a fabulous time. We would highly recommend and would use Campsie Campers again. Jimmy-campervan 🚌 was superb in excellent condition and drove beautifully, friendly communication with Trevor-owners 👩🌾. There is a comprehensive video on how to use all the facilities, so we went away fully confident that we will have a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic road trip experience; the weather was sunny 🌞 and dry through our holiday in beautiful Scotland 😊 with little vicious Scottish midges
