The reduction in the size of a trees crown with the aim of leaving a healthy tree that maintains a natural shape and appearance. Removal of selective branches within the tree crown to allow more light through and reduce wind resistance. This can also improve the look of the tree. We are fully trained and equipped to clear a site of any size, including the removal of small and large trees.

We have just had a number of conifers removed from our garden and I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They were a trio of nice lads who worked extremely hard to get the job done in a time efficient manner. They were happy to spend some time showing my little ones the big machines, too. For any future tree removal needs, I highly recommend these guys - we wouldn't hesitate to use Shire Trees again.

Fantastic local company with a really great team. James managed to get help to us when our tree fell onto our driveway and car, provided an excellent service that was quick, supremely efficient and not a trace left behind. I would highly recommend Shire Tree Surgery for any emergency call out work needed, will be having them back to deal with any work we need in the future.

James and his team are professional, helpful and charming. The team did a fantastic job removing a very large eucalyptus tree which had a VAST rambling rose growing all over it. A very tricky job done with great care to surround plants etc. They left the site clean and tidy and were a delight to have working in the garden. Thank you boys, would highly recommend this company.
