Made some personalised T-shirts and hoodies for our postgraduate student society. They replied extremely quickly to all our emails and queries. Quotes and proofs received quickly and were accurate with no hidden charges. The T-shirts are classic FruitoftheLoom and the hoodies are made from a good quality fabric with a very soft inside . The print quality looks durable, as it's not your standard 'stick on vinyl' (see photo), so I'm sure they will last a very long time. What a brilliant experience. Ordered Primary leavers hoodies for the school. Special mention to Naomi who was very helpful from the start right through to the day of delivery. The quality of the fabric, print and stitching was brilliant, all pupils and parents very impressed.

I wanted to order facemasks with our Church logo on them. I spoke with Rebecca who was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She led me through different options and clearly outlined the costs and implications of each. The masks have arrived today and I am delighted with them. They are exactly as I envisioned and I suspect I will need to order more when people see them and wish to get one for themselves.

I had a difficult situation with my local post office yesterday and I spoke to one of the staff on the phone, twice. She was super helpful, and so friendly. She provided me with a tracking number and even offered to make up my order again for me to pick up. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me, having just come back from being away for 3 weeks and trying to get ready for my 4 year old’s first ever day at school.
I’ve managed to track down my order now, and I have it. But I really appreciated the customer service yesterday.

Great experience! Would highly recommend. I was dealt with by Naomi who was brilliant, fast and clear replies. Not to mention created exactly what I wanted, when all I sent over was a rough sketch of my idea and it arrived the day after I paid. Super quick, efficient friendly and very well priced.
I bought the classic shell waterproof and it was great quality, good sturdy zip. Embroidery on the front was immaculate and printing on the back too.
