We have been working with Sentinel for many years and have found them to be very efficient, easy to deal with and trustworthy. It is mainly Tony we deal with and no matter when we get in touch, Tony will get back to us very quickly if we did not manage to speak directly on the phone. We are currently in difficult times, hopefully things are now improving, during this period Sentinel have been very supportive. All in all a professional outfit that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have dealt with pretty much all of them at Sentinel but mainly Josh, Jacqui, Carol and Fran. They are all great people and will give you honest but informative information on making decisions on insurance claims. Their response time is impeccable and knocks socks off mine. i have met them in person and think they are all a great team, I trust them with my insurance needs and they help manage my high expectation obviously on price when my claims say otherwise. We’ve been a customer of Sentinel for at least 7 years now, the whole team are very commendable they go above and beyond any other broker I’ve dealt with. Our account manager works extremely hard to get the best possible deal and will go direct to the underwriter to deal with any issues we may find and finds results every time. Great communication is key with dealing with insurance and the whole team work amazingly fast especially when it comes to claims handling, we work closely together to keep premiums to a minimum they really do appreciate all customers and work hard to help keep our business

We’ve been renting vehicles for nearly 50 years, and over that period have dealt we many different insurance companies, last year we discovered Sentinel Insurance . We wish we’d found them years ago. They are very professional, in every aspect of vehicle hire insurance, whether it’s the quotation procedure, rental procedures and driver verification, through to accident reporting and regular follow ups.
