The company has grown consistently since its formation in 1998 to become one of the UK's leading specialist Storage Tank Contractors, with Steelwork, Pipework, Fabrication and Special Projects Divisions. Rhyal Engineering regularly delivers a complete service to the Oil, Gas, LNG, Nuclear, Aviation, Power, Renewable, Water, Waste to Energy, Transport and Bulk Storage Industries.
Through our investment in people programme, we have successfully implemented a trade apprentice training programme which has consistently delivered a succession of highly skilled young tradesmen into our business and the industry. This has been provided through our own internal workshop facilities in Milford Haven, which has served to consistently reduce the average age of our ongoing workforce.

Rhyal Engineering has the capability to provide a full mechanical service for clients within the Oil sector. Services provided include design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance across a range of mechanical areas. Projects range in size from large scale EPC turnkey contracts to small scale maintenance requirements, covering storage tanks, pipelines, pumps, structural steelwork, vessels, etc.
Our tanks are typically designed to either EN14015 or API 650. Whilst these design codes are primarily used in the petroleum industry they can be adapted and utilized for tanks used to store non-volatile or inflammable liquids. We are also experienced in working to alternative industry codes as required.
