Gaining HSE Approval for the delivery of First Aid at Work in 2008 (as Pro-Active Medical Training, HSE Approval No.28/08) and winning a tender bid with Leeds City Council in 2010 for the delivery of Paediatric First Aid across Leeds demonstrates the quality of our training.

The Outdoor Incident Management First Aid course was delivered by a very knowledgeable provider in a pleasant and accessible way. The course was supported by a high quality publication and all the necessary equipment. I would be happy to undergo further training with Underwood Training in the future.

I just wanted to thank you for such an incredible session today. I left with the most confidence I have ever felt having finished a CPR and Medical Emergencies training session. Your knowledge was reassuringly right up to date backed by all your experience. Your knowledge of variations for pregnant and paediatric patients was greatly appreciated. Combined with the ability to practice this in the specific dental setting made the session more useful than any other session I have experienced!

It is always useful to have the 3-yearly update. I enjoyed the course – really informative and lots of new updates and reminders. Good working with the other course participants; Helen made it easy to work within the Covid-19 Secure environment as great communication throughout.

I’ve just spent two days completing the Outdoor Incident Management First Aid course. It’s a lot to take in but rolling around in the mud whilst raining really got you thinking and overall a much better way to learn. One of the best courses I’ve been on. The trainer knew his subject really well and I felt quite safe with their COVID precautions. I can highly recommend them.

We recently had a course delivered for 3 members of our Canoe and Kayak club. Helen and her team were fantastic. Her ABCDE of actions is simple and easy to understand. All the practical work was well thought out and professionally delivered. Having a Caving, Potholing and Mountain Rescue First Aid professional in your team makes a big difference as well as Helen's understanding of Paddle Sports, mountaineering and all things out doors.
