Mr Raithatha qualified as an Audiologist with a first-class BSc degree in Audiology from Aston University in 2008. Took my 8 year old after school today due to a blocked ear which we thought was wax and drops were having no effect. Turns out he had a popcorn kernel down his ear (which he insists he didn’t put there 🙈🤣) which Neel removed really quickly and painlessly for him as well as the wax that had built up behind it. My son was very anxious on the way over… but Neel was amazing at putting him at ease, explained everything to him and was very welcoming. In my son’s words ‘Neel was really nice and it didn’t hurt at all and I’d definitely go again!&rsquo

Neel efficiently removed my wax using endoscopic micro suction and thanks to his care and proficiency, my symptoms of irritation and bilateral otalgia were alleviated.
He also very kindly showed me the procedure afterwards on the iCLEARscope which is matchless in comparison to standard otoscopy.
If you want to be seen by an internationally renowned Audiologist, then The Hear Clinic is the place for you!

The receptionist I spoke with to book my appointment on the phone was friendly and very helpful. I was able to book a same day appointment. Once my appointment was booked all information was emailed to me, very clear and easily accessible.
On arrival to the clinic I instantly felt comfortable, Mr Raithatha was welcoming and friendly. My wax removal went smoothly, zero pain and he talked me through the procedure throughout.
This is somewhere I would return to. Would definitely recommend.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending The Hear Clinic today. Mr Raithatha is in a league of his own. Extremely professional, thorough, courteous and kind, an absolute gent! Learnt loads about my ears and experienced first class testing of both ears. Utterly consoling to learn that all is well with both my ears, the right one undergoing the gentlest of skin extraction. This is a very high quality service and Neel is very knowledgeable. The technique he uses is advance and cannot be compared to the High St services. Ear wax removal is painless but highly effective. Thank you so much Mr Neel for a brilliant service, I am very greateful. I have been suffering for a month with my blocked left ear, after two appoinments with the local audiologist in London failed to remove the wax, I searched the Internet and found Mr Neel, I made an appoinment, traveled to Leicester and in a few minutes my ear wax problem was solved, the feeling is great, I have my hearing back to normal, no more ringing in my ear.

Neel was phenomenal. I had lost hearing in both ears and was getting very anxious. I had been to my GP where a nurse had attempted syringing, and prior to that used Otex for four days, then Olive Oil for 7 days. Not only was that unsuccessful, but left me in quite a bit of pain. The following day I tried another ear clinic in Leicester, this time micro suction and syringing, again no result, still sounded like I had my hands over my ears. Rang up the Hear Clinic, their reception staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Neel had a look that evening and broke the news it was keratosis
