Although online hearing tests are available, our experience has shown that that they will not provide you with a medical diagnosis. They are also not sufficiently accurate to help you to decide if you need a hearing aid or not, and if you do, what type of aid will suit your hearing loss and your life style.

My husband was recommended to Steven Hale due having hearing problems. Steven was professional, friendly and extremely understanding of my husbands present medical difficulties.
His manner was reassuring and he confidently explained what would happen in a manner my husband could understand. The procedures were carried out in a professional and competent manner and we were both very happy with the medical services he provided and would recommend him without hesitation .

After suffering with a hearing loss for many years “just getting by” and being used to having to ask people to repeat themselves constantly I finally swallowed my pride and booked myself in to see Steve.
He was utterly professional and immediately put me at ease by explaining everything in detail to me and understanding my frustration and my situation.
He fitted me with hearing aids and I can honestly say that things have never been better with my hearing since meeting with Steve.
I would recommend anyone to see him as the difference it has made to me has been amazing! Thanks Steve

Having complained about his blocked ears, took my son to see Steve. The appointment was very thorough and professional, everything was carefully explained to my son and he was made to feel comfortable and calm throughout. I would highly recommend Steve and would not hesitate to return if the need should arise.

After living with blocked ears and associated tinnitus in my ears for some weeks, I contacted Steven Hale Hearing for help. I was given an appointment very promptly; Steven sorted out my problem using microsuction quickly and painlessly and the tinnitus in my ears is much improved. I was able to see pictures inside my ear canals, before and after treatment - it was easy to see why my hearing had been affected!
I would have no hesitation in contacting Steven again should the need arise.

After suffering two weeks with a blocked left ear, a work colleague overheard my moaning and strongly advised that I contact Stephen Hale.
Stephen sorted me out in no time. The appointment was swiftly made and on arrival at the centre today, the treatment was just as quick and extremely effective. Phil and Stephen both attended to my ear and I’m glad to say that my hearing is back to normal. I also had my hearing tested whilst there which wasn’t what I’d planned or expected. However, it was reassuring to receive a positive and healthy report on the state of my 55 year old lugholes.
