Services
Interactive English Language School is a family run, British Council accredited school in the heart of Brighton and Hove, United Kingdom. Just 50 minutes away from London but based on the seaside, it makes a perfect location both for studies and holiday. Our school is located on the main bus route and very close to all local amenities.
Interactive English is located on a main bus route, near the centre of the town (20 minutes by walk). The school has a large cosy lounge with computers and access to the internet all day as well as refreshments including fresh coffee and tea for our students for free. We have 4 classrooms, fully equipped with media systems and up to 15 students in the class, but with an average of 9.
While you are here, you should take the opportunity to travel around and see some of the sights of the UK, some famous European cities, or take in a West End show. You can book all of these through the school, at no extra cost, either in person while you are here, or by email before you arrive. Our trips are organised by our partners, who offer short trips and excursions to destinations around the UK and in mainland Europe.

I have been in this school for 3 month. My time and experience has been amazing.
The school is really good located. A small supermarket is next to it and just 5 minutes on foot can you find a big supermarket. You can also find some delicious restaurant really close and the beach is just 8 minutes in foot to reach.
The office was well organised… and the stuff was friendly. At the beginning I did a test, that showed us which class fits the most to me. In my opinion is this test not so exactly and if you feel as you should go to a different kind of class (level) just talk to the office.

Nice and helpful staff and teachers. In the afternoon general english class weren't too many people so the teacher had time to assist everyone. I attended a 12 weeks class, during the first 6 weeks I learnt and improved my level of english a lot, although the last 6 weeks I had a different teacher, helpful, but whose lessons weren't absolutely structured, and we used to have a break of nearly 30min, instead the official 15 min break, losing everyday quarter-hour of lesson. Because this I decided to don't continue the course for 4 weeks more, so I stopped after 12 weeks.

After 3 short stays to prepare the CAE exam i think it's time to share my opinion on this school.
Firstly, i was a bit wary of going there in the first place as it has been decades since i left school. I was afraid i would be the only 'old' one. It turned out that there was other people who were over 40 as well (i would say the majority of students were in their mid / late 20s).
Secondly, the other thing i appreciated was -although each of my stay was for a short period of time (longest was 3 weeks)- i've always felt I was treated as well as students who were staying for longer periods of time
