We provide all Tooling requirements - Our Toolmakers are capable of producing injection moulds to the highest standards.
These problems can be eradicated by using standard ranges of metal threaded inserts or male inserts. Ultrasonic welding has proved an excellent alternative to using adhesives, heat staking or use of fasteners. We can advise on special design of components to facilitate use of the ultrasonic welding technique.
