I attended endoscopy today. The staff were wonderful and made me feel very confident and relaxed. The procedure was handled expertly and the consultant was very professional. The waiting room and the ward were comfortable and very clean. Covid-19 measures were in place and the whole experience was stress free and I would highly recommend this hospital. My thanks to all concerned

Hi had breast enlargement and uplift by Mr Ralston. I had a one night stay after surgery. The service and care was fantastic, everyone from the receptionist, nurses, surgeon and care staff was all really lovely… and polite and caring, nothing was too much trouble! The food was lovely too. It’s only been 2 weeks since my surgery but I’m so happy with my results so far. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had surgery last week and was reticent about going as had a catalogue of errors previously. From attending pre op after a 2 hour drive to find my op would now be cancelled as had had covid 4 weeks previously.despite already informing before I attended.
Re arranged op and told would get a covid test to do at home before next op, when that didn’t arrive several days prior to date of operation I called and was told hadn’t been sent and I needed to go back on bank holiday Monday for it as well as a further blood test - arrives and was told no bloods needed so insisted it was checked and yes nobody

I had a knee arthroscopy recently in Claremont hospital. Consultant was really good seemed honest and discussed procedure and what he hoped the outcome would be thoroughly. He also changed the list around to ensure I would be able to go home that evening. Anaesthetist was good I asked for a spinal and he was agreeable and encouraging too. Staff on the ward were nice and helpful too . Anaesthetist said he had prescribed plenty of pain relief postoperative
Postoperatively I asked for painkillers and had to ask twice and wait 45 minutes for the medication .Other this I would have given 5 stars Think

Fantastic hospital. So clean and welcoming. The waiting room is nice and relaxing and airy. Staff are so friendly, even on the phone. They are very helpful, and when they say that they will get back to you, that is what they do. The consultant I saw was outstanding, Provided a very honest and professional opinion/ advice. I did not feel rushed, and I felt he listened to my concerns. He appeared to put my health and best interest at the forefront of his practice. I would not hesitate recommended this hospital.

Just had a second operation at Claremont Private Hospital. Can't fault this hospital at all. So glad I chose Mr Kaled Farag for my treatment. He is such a gentlemen. With a very caring attitude towards his patients.. All the nurses, catering and cleaning staff are lovely and very approachable. Thank you Mr Farag. The wards are spotless and Ppe worn by staff as appropriate.

From coming in at reception to leaving after being an inpatient for two nights I cannot sing the praises of the Claremont and the staff enough. Everyone made you feel at ease and staff couldn't do enough for you day or night. The food from the restaurant is delicious and all homemade. The soup needs a special mention whatever the flavour it is… especially delicious. Finally Mr Stoddard fantastic surgeon and all round lovely fella. I am only 16 days post op and I am already pain free and moving so much better than preop. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my care. #happypatient 😘

I had the appointment on 18 May 2021 at 16:20 , I arrived 5 min before and made the payment and then I was left for 75 min waiting to see the doctor and at the end I had to leave the hospital for another appointment. Asked for refund as I could not see the doctor but the machine was not working it worked only when I had to pay ?!, so I have to call tomorrow to get refunded.
Poorly managed hospital worse than the NHS GP.
Someone need to explain to them what does it mean private hospital.

Had a Arthroscopy, can’t thank Mr Stoddard enough for what he’s done for me, I was in constant knee pain before and being a runner it doesn’t go well, from my first meeting with him up to surgery first class, the hospital is pristine clean everyone is so friendly and the nurses are second to none, would recommend anyone coming here, and I can walk pain free 😁👍 many many thanks
