The lady had actually forgotten to do my order when I went to collect them...and couldn't remember taking it! But that said, she apologised profusely and quickly cracked on with my required balloons.
The balloons themselves were lovely and stayed up for over 5 days. I would use this company again because the balloons were good but next time I would get the proprietor to confirm that she definitely had the order before going off the phone.This wasnt a big problem this time but could have been if I had ordered something more complex. Hence only the 3 star rating.
