We ordered balloon clusters to dress our daughter’s christening party but sadly they never came. It was a shame to arrive at our venue and see they hadn’t come and the room was half-dressed despite venue, date and time given in message form for reference. We were told that the date had been ‘put down wrong’ hence why nothing had been delivered. We did receive a quick refund, however, which we were grateful for. Please do check with the company before your function in the future.
