Extremely helpful staff even the manager he has went out of his way to help me with my glasses, would recommend to anyone

I have been going to this opticians for a few years now. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Always receive a thorough examination and great advise. I would definitely recommend The Eye Clinic in Huddersfield.

Fantastic staff , very friendly and helpful . The testing assistant was excellent and the optician gave me the most careful and thorough eye examination I've had in all the 21 years I've lived in the UK. Excellent. Courteous, honest, helpful, genuine, caring and a totally relaxed, no pressure style. And unlike their competitors they are not operating the business as a money making conveyer belt, but in the true spirit of customer service. 👌👍😀

These guys have been amazing getting my 3 year old her tests and glasses cant thank them and reccomend them enough they made me comfortable as a parent and made my daughter and her sister feel special and welcome. thankyou very much.

Staff are very polite and make you feel welcome each time you visit the Clinic. Orderd my glasses on 29/04 received them within an hour of my eyes been tested.

Above and beyond my expectations.
As a nurse my glasses have taken a hammering from using PPE. In desperate need of a new pair (not an easy task these days).
Tried to use the larger opticians in town, i had hoops to jump through.
Such as having to get my prescription emailed from the London branch, even though it's the same chain, also the inevitable wait for the glasses to be made.
Went here as a last resort, no prescription needed just my old glasses (as they were new just a few months ago) had me sorted with 2 new pairs within 30 minutes.

Really can't rate these guys highly enough. My Mum in law had lost her varifocal glasses before lockdown and broken her old pair she was using a substitute. They were able to make her two new pairs, one for distance and for reading, within the day and delivered them the same day. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much. We'll be returning customers.

Lovely place! They are really friendly
and professional. I have been in other eye doctors in huddersfield but I think they are the best out all the other that I have been before.
They also have a lot of flames tp choose from.
All the staff makes you feel at home and they answer at all the questions that you ask in a professional way.
I strongly recommend to everyone because all my family had an amazing experience with them.

I am a person who was born with Congenital Cataracts as a child I had 13 Operations. But I always hated the fact I had to wear very thick bifocal glasses. I wS able to wear contacts for many years but then I had to have two more operations and had no choice but to wear glasses again 🙃. But I found the Eye Clinic in Huddersfield and they made me feel fantastic about wearing glasses again without, being so thick they were able to get them just like everyone else's the lense very slim they have given me back my confidence. They are so polite and very very helpful, and very professional 👏 and

The knowledge fed to us regarding choosing the frames and glasses during the consultancy was outstanding and very much in depth which wasn't expected at all. I am a regular vision express / optical express customer for last 10 years, never thought I'd go anywhere else. But, Rizwan and the team pleasantly surprised me and they definitely worth a visit if anybody needs optical related consultancy.

Great opticians. I phoned early in the day for a tea time appointment - result - I was booked in for 4pm. I arrived a little early, the shop was quite busy, the staff were really helpful and saw me straight away. My eye test was very thorough and staff continued to be extremely helpful. During my eye examination I confirmed I was wanting to buy some new glasses. There was no hard sell and the staff were honest when glasses did (and didn't) look good.
