We can put a request in for the driver to call you prior to delivering but unfortunately, this is not a guaranteed service. Our delivery drivers will only take items into your house and/or upstairs if a Premium Room of Choice Upgrade is purchased at checkout for 14.95. If this service is not purchased, we can only deliver to the first accessible ground floor door of the property.

Disappointing!!! The mattress I purchased was delivered as arranged and on inspection, it looked excellent! However in less than a week it proved to be of poor quality. The mattress is advertised as being ideal for those with back issues, so that was a plus for me ( being a nurse for the NHS) and it moulds to your body thus giving total support and cushioning. What it doesn't say is that in less than a week it will also sink in places and cause backache! I reported my issue to the company after 6 days (within the 14 days usually offered as a money back guarantee ) when this was first noticed while

Chaotic Delivery and not even the right size!
I was informed that I would receive a dispatch email regarding this order however I never did, what I did get was a yodel delivery notification on the day of delivery with no idea what parcel it even was/where it came from, which was incredibly unhelpful.
To make the experience more chaotic, yodel were given the wrong address for my mattress (I double checked this on my original order confirmation - the right address was provided from me, but yodel were given the wrong one.)
When I did eventually get the mattress (I ordered a European mattress, 90x200cm

I'm very saddened to have to write a negative review but this company have really let us down.
I work for the NHS and could do without this stress.
We have asthma in our family and the mattresses arrived opened and smelling of cigarettes, possibly happened during transit.
Requested a return and refund immediately.
Company have refused and only offered a complaint procedure.
This is against my statutory rights as I'm entitled to return anything within 14 days, faulty or not.
Now in amongst night shifts and family duties I've had to seek help from a solicitor to try and get these mattresses

Ordered a 4ft. Shire Madrid mattress for a good friend of mine via their website late Wednesday evening. It was delivered exactly on time, Friday the same week. My friend is quite literally over the moon with the new mattress! It was an absolute pleasure to do business with mattressnextday and the next time I need one, I know EXACTLY who to go to!

The worst customer service and products! They will laugh at you directly and hang out the line! They don't have any normal returning policy or warranty as quote ''our mattresses are perfect but you (customer) are imperfect''! And yes, if your English is not your first language they will laugh at you as well during the conversation! Also, if you want to write one star review on trustpilot it won't let you to do so!

Hideous returns/exchange policy, buyer beware. I incorrectly ordered the wrong size (my mistake), and so contacted the company to request an exchange - I had already chosen a more expensive one I planned to buy from them to replace the wrong sized one.
On contacting them on livechat, I find out I need to arrange the entire initial return myself - find a courier myself, pay for it myself, get it to the courier myself. A double mattress, for heavens sake.
Given I was intending to buy a replacement from them, at a higher value, I asked if they could pick up the initial one at the same time as delivering

Incredibly poor quality product and customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND
We purchased a Sleepeezee bed for nearly £3,000 expecting superior quality, as advertised and reflected in the price.
Within 30 days the mattress springs could be felt which we reported immediately. We were eventually provided a replacement for the same fault to occur! An inspection was carried out that ‘concluded’ no fault albeit references ‘the small coils on the pillow top can be felt if you rub your hand across the top’!
No replacement or refund was provided, which contradicts the Consumer Rights Act.

I ordered a grey Soulsleeper mattress specifically because it was grey. When my mattress arrived it was entirely white. I contacted mattress next day and was entirely fobbed off 'T&M's' apparently mean they do not have to send the colour you ordered. Very disappointed after contacting customer services. Was told I could send it back - at my own expense - once out of the box and it has puffed up obviously this is a non starter. Fuming and unable to get any meaningful response from mattress next day.
