Excellent service, from walking in, pleasant atmosphere, offered help & advice if needed, with no pressure put on us to buy. The mattress recommended for our needs was ideal, and an excellent price. Delivery,was free and within a few days, would certainly recommend them.

My mum and dad bought a new king-size bed from here a few months ago and they are still very pleased with it. The gentleman who showed us around was helpful and a pleasure to deal with, the beds are high quality and the experience was nice and simple yet enjoyable. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new bed, before you go to the big stores - support your small local businesses, you won't be disappointed. No pressure selling from the shop which is marvellous. Recommended a bed that was suitable for us.
Delivery was quick and painless, all assembly done by the delivery team and packaging taken away with them.

Brilliant service.
We have a small cottage with awkward stairs and the man at sleepyheads understood everything we wanted, took every want, design, size and spec onboard and offered us a good selection off choices and custom builds so it would fit.
The bed arrived in store when he said it would and he delivered it exactly when he said he would, took it upstairs and put it together.
I honestly could not fault one thing and we are very happy with the bed and service.
I would use again and highly recommend.

Absolutely superb service today. The business owner was warm, friendly, and helpful without being even the slightest bit pushy. He supplied all the information we needed and gave us plenty of space to browse and discuss things. Very quick sale and really efficient delivery options. Would highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my bed buying experience. I visited your shop twice, the first time to see what was available, prices etc.
I went away, visited other shops to compare availability only to return and place my order for 2 beds.
I was quoted a delivery time of three to four weeks, both beds were delivered and assembled well within the time frame.
Both gentlemen who served me in the shop were helpful, informative but not pushy ( a definite plus for me). Delivery was as smooth as possible, all packaging taken away.
I'm very impressed. Unfortunately beds aren't something I will need to buy again

Had a trip to Sleepyhead Beds, the Guy there was friendly and not trying to sell us something that we did not want, tried various beds,and chose an otterman style base. There was a delay from the manufacturer but we were kept informed all the way. Delivery day came, the time was good, the old one was removed,new one assembled, job done.....Very pleased with our purchase, very good company, great service, great communication. Definitely use them again 10/10

Just brought bunk beds and mattresses. Great price and a great service
I assembled myself but on delivery they put them straight upstairs where I wanted.

I found the whole experience of buying my bed very easy. The shop has a good selection of beds and mattresses. Chris is not a pushy salesman as you get in some of the chain stores but instead is very professional and helpful. My new bed arrived yesterday and was delivered free of charge and assembled.
