I'm the owner and human face of Manchester Transcription Services, a Virtual PA, Secretarial and Transcription service provider. I'm the person you'll talk to on the phone, and I'm the contact for all new clients. I established my Virtual PA/Secretarial and Transcription business in 2006 after spending 20 years as a senior level PA within several large organisations.
We specialise in transcription services - from highly confidential projects such as Police Interview transcription (some of the files come as CD's or digital files, such as Police interview transcription - PACE, Inquest hearings, personal injury medical reports, etc. ), to transcribing research notes.

We agree all deadlines with you at the start of each project.

It couldn't be easier. If the recording has been done digitally then just download it to your PC or laptop and email it to us. If it's a tape recording or on a CD please send it to us by courier or Recorded Delivery. Sound files can be uploaded and sent directly to us via Hightail - Do make sure you make a backup copy just in case it gets lost in the post.
