Founded in 1988 by Chris Bonsey, The Loft Conversion Company has been operating from its offices, a converted stable loft in Westcott, since 1990. We've been specialising in loft conversions throughout Surrey and bordering county towns ever since. Despite our success in the market place we are, and intend to remain, a tightly knit, locally based family company.

I can highly recommend the loft conversion company, they worked with me to produce an amazing loft space. They were always on hand to answer questions and discuss options, also the builders and trades on site always worked hard, friendly, on time, tidy and also went the extra mile for me. I am really pleased with the new loft bedroom. Totally worth it.

From the first visit to the final fix the team from the Loft Conversion Company were professional, skilled and a delight to have around our home. Nothing was too much trouble when we were planning and each specialist team focused on producing excellent results. The team leader was really good at communicating with us and we always knew what to expect.
We are delighted with the loft room which was completed ahead of schedule and to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering such work.

Provided the best quote by a long way! They weren't quite the cheapest but right from the start they were the only company out of 5 who could actually give us a visual proposal and listened to what we wanted to do to create something we wanted, rather than just provide a written quote for a generic conversion.

Human size company. They have the basic customer care concept. Super professional. Alex was amazing guy that was in charge of the build. Overall polite people with respect of clients. Always answer quickly to request even after building is completed. Always small issues on cost of side requests but this is part of the game. Time management perfect. Overall great company spirit. Great job super happy with our new loft conversion.
