B ased in Newcastle Upon Tyne in the north east of England, Flash is a funny, close up and stage magician who has a slick style of performing magic in a friendly and entertaining manner. All of the magic is performed with a humorous edge, but the emphasis is on the magic. Come and see flash perform at one of his residencies. Flash will entertain you while you dine with close up magic or balloon modelling for the kids, or even adults as everyone loves balloon animals.

C lose up magic is when a magician performs smaller magic tricks with cards, coins, jewellery etc. It can be performed mixing and mingling at a drinks reception type setting, the magician can move from table to table and entertain each table at a time, or it can be performed as a parlour show which is similar to how you would watch a stage magic performance.
I've also added a video of some show highlights so you can get an idea of what you're booking before you decide whether or not to go ahead. As is true with most performers I add things to my shows regularly so if there is something in particular you would like me to include in the show please let me know at the time of booking.
I 've been entertaining with close up magic at Weddings for over 15 years and I know how great an ice breaker it can be for your guests that maybe haven't met before to get them talking at the drinks reception while you're off being photographed, and then also in-between the courses of the wedding breakfast.
I do a 60min kids magic show which is jam packed full of funny and entertaining magic routines for children. There's no long winded routines in my shows, it's action all the way. I also choose volunteers to help during the show, and any kids who are lucky enough to be picked as a volunteer will receive a balloon model prize as a thank you for helping.
T he show is all Halloween based magic tricks (not too scary) with plenty of opportunities for the kids to come up on stage during the show to help with the magic and win a special Halloween balloon model as a prize. The show is 60mins and the price is 160. Add on 60mins of party games and music for just 50 extra.

I booked Flash comedy and magic for my daughter’s 4th birthday party today and i have to say he was outstanding. Everyone has commented on how brilliant the show was and how James is with the kids. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again. Worth every penny and more. Thanks so much for such a good party my ears are ringing off the kids not shutting up about the show.

Utterly outstanding! Flash comedy and magic has just provided entertainment for my daughters 6th birthday. This exceptionally talented children’s entertainer provided 2 hours of constant , faced paced… entertainment for the children. All of the children were engaged and amazed at the magic tricks performed, which involved children who wished to participate. Balloons were made for each child and party games were fun and engaging. This entertainer is worth every penny and more and made our daughters birthday party fun for all - including the parents.

Brilliant balloons and magic at a very good price. We have had Flash entertain our group's party for 5 years. His balloons are the best I have ever seen, so much choice and so skilful. His magic show entrances and amazes the children and adults too. He brings so much laughter and delight, it is a joy to see.
