This place is excellent, got some dry pants and they were to big as i ordered them through the web site but it only took 6 days from receiving my pants to a refund and another purchase (same pants but smaller) and new pants delivered. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for this sort of clothing or accessories, thank you 👍

Excellent service, as a scout leader traning on dinghys I needed the full kit. Found everything in one place, excellent fit neptune wetsuit LS, splash top, gloves, boots and dry sack. I emailed if a discount was possible and at 9:30am my order was placed with next day DPD delivery, I've just picked up and all fits perfectly. Love the service and products. Will definitely recommend further. 👍👏

Excellent service. Speedy dispatch of goods from time of order and effective communication regarding order processing and delivery. Had to exchange one item due to us requiring a larger size, the process to return was easy and refund was issued quickly and again with effective communication. What amazing service! I originally ordered a wetsuit for my daughter via Amazon but it turned out to be a little small for her so i called Big Orange Watersports directly and Sarah was absolutely amazing! Ordered some kit last week - best prices I've seen around for what I've been looking for, so there's that to start with.
Everything came promptly and well packaged. The wetsuit boots I ordered were too big so I had to go down a size. Not an issue for these guys, I emailed to make sure we could organise a return - they were swift in replying, and very helpful.
As it would happen, my wife was close by their premises today and popped in to see if they could sort the exchange there and then. Again, so helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend this company. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient. I live near so can go and try stuff on. Needed a buoyancy aid, and a lovely lady spent time with me, making sure I got the correct size and fit for me! I have ordered with them too, and things arrived very quickly.
