For the 36 years I have been on the planet I have wanted to be a chef for 29 of those years. That's 80.55% of my life! And it's only going to go up. I decided to be a chef after eating spaghetti carbonara in a local Italian restaurant on my 7th birthday, since then I have been hooked on food, running home every day after school cooking up feasts for my family.
Thomas is the director-owner-creator of Thomas the caterer he's an ambassador of awesome and makes sure that the food is delicious the customer service is on top form and the smiles keep coming! He's is the creative behind the brand. All you see is his vision.
Tom as he is known to his family and friends loves to spend quality time with his family he has two sons AND twin girls and a beautiful wife (can you tell tom wrote this) he enjoys playing golf when he gets day off and walking his dog amongst other things such as eating at lovely restaurants getting inspired and reading.Family, Food & Music, Tom loves to visit venues around the country listening his favourite band The Cat Empire live!

We created our tasting events following your feedback that you wanted to see the wedding catering and service in real life to have a pre-wedding sneaky peak of what you're going to get. Sure you could come to Thomas Towers and have a tasting but it isn't the same, the smell is different, the air has a different feel, it's much more romantic in a lovely venue dressed up and looking delicious!

From the very first phone consultation we had with Thomas we knew the food was going to be amazing, and we weren't disappointed on the day. Thomas knew exactly what food we wanted from the little ideas we gave him, and what would work with our venue. On the day his team worked so hard to make sure our guests had everything they needed. All the food was served on time, and no one was waiting long in between courses. The food itself was to the highest quality, and we had so many guests tell us how brilliant the food was. We would recommend Thomas the Caterer to anyone who asked.

Thomas and his team catered for our wedding in July 2019. The whole experience was enjoyable, from the first meeting to discuss our menu and the tasting evening, to the day itself. Even their emails and mail shots are fun! The food was unique to us - we designed the whole menu (with Thomas’ expert help) which really made it feel extra special. We chose an Asian inspired starter, a deconstructed Thai red chicken (or fish) curry, followed by ice cream sundaes topped with mini donuts. It was delicious! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Thomas and his team… in fact, I’d actively encourage you

Thomas and team catered our wedding in May this year and we couldn’t be more happy! They created a sharing feast for all our guests - specific to our tastes and had some really creative ideas! Meals were presented beautifully and we had feedback from so many guests how delicious the meal was! Callum the front of house manager was so organised, happy to answer all our questions whenever needed and made everything run smoothly on the day. From start to finish, the whole process was a breeze. We had a meeting with Thomas himself, who helped us create a unique menu, including absolutely anything we wanted. His guidance and suggestions when we were unsure what went together were perfect. We have had so many people tell us how amazing our wedding meal was, and even asked for the sausage recipe!! Communication was great, speedy responses and all staff went out of their way to make one part of the wedding process totally stress free!

From start to finish, Thomas and his team were amazing at delivering a wedding breakfast that was us down to a tea! We talked through all our favourite foods and Thomas created a menu across all different cuisines for our day. Everyone at our wedding commented on how amazing the food was from Asian canapés, to an antipasti board, to pork belly & finally a chocolate trio of desserts. The service on the day was outstanding. We can’t recommend enough!!

Thomas and team opt to get to know the bride and groom, and then prepare a bespoke menu for you. They were really helpful with questions and details and covered everything we needed! They were brilliant on the day, and even showed some of the very young guests where the food was coming from. They also handled the bar and waste removal, helped with the cake and effectively made alterations to bring the price into budget! We love Thomas The Caterer!!

At a wedding at the weekend catered by Thomas and the team and the food was utterly sensational. Innovative, beautifully presented and damn DAMN tasty. Everyone on the table commented on the flavours and just how impressive it was to have got all the dishes out in perfect condition for so many people. I would hugely recommend these guys.

Thomas the Caterer provided the food services for our wedding this July. They were extremely accommodating to what we were looking for in our food service and throughout the process of deciding the menu, Thomas was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about the ideas we wanted to implement.
