Sanjay Foods prides itself on the impeccable array of bespoke indian catering menus that it offers. From Indian to Thai to Indo-Chinese to Lebanese we ensure that the best is served on the table. This can only be executed with a first class team of hand-picked trained chefs of different cultural backgrounds from Dubai, Delhi, Mumbai and Thailand.
Gujarati Cuisine typically refers to the cuisine of Gujarat, a state in Western India. Traditional Gujarati food is primarily vegetarian, despite having an extensive coastline providing wholesome seafood. A traditional, authentic Gujarati offering, mostly consists of Daal, Bhat (boiled rice), Shak, Rotli/Puri's and a small sweet dish.
Indo-Chinese cuisine is a delicious mix of flavours with the adaptation of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to Indian tastes. This cuisine is believed to have originally developed in Kolkota, India, by the small Chinese community that has lived there for over a century. Most of these immigrants were Hakka.

So I requested a quote from Sanjay Foods initially giving him a specific date in July which then changed to a date in August. On his quote he kept putting the 1st July for which I sent several emails with the correct date only to receive a new quote again the wrong date. In the end he managed to provide a quote with the correct date and costings. I then made arrangements for food tasting 18!Dec only to then receive a phone call to say sorry he can’t take on our order as someone else has confirmed for that particular date. Very disappointing

Very poor standard of service, I had been waiting almost four weeks for wedding catering quote. I was told I had to pay £30 per person for food tasting, which was changed on three different occasions. A ridiculous charge for children’s food (oven food, pizza and chips) at £20 per child! Promised phone calls back only to be left until I chased them! Staff are unprofessional and clearly do not have a good work ethic!

We finally ordered a take away from Sanjay Foods and it exceeded expectations. From the telephone order, to receiving a confirmation call and collection, the service was professional with friendly staff taking the order. The food was amazing, tasty and surprisingly large portions so plenty left over for lunch tomorrow. We ordered paneer tikka, Lamb biriyani, methi chicken and butter chicken with rice and naan bread. The order came with a variety of chutneys, poppadoms, and a lovely salad all beautifully presented. Excellent quality overall. Couldn't ask for anything more after a long weeks work

Ordered Sanjay Foods express (takeaway) and the food was awesome. Had the set menu for 2 (menu 1, non-veg) along with Malai chicken, aloo papri chaat and keema mattar. I've had Sanjay Foods many times at weddings before and the food has always been excellent, the takeaway was amazing as well.
The set menu for two is actually great value for such high quality food. Having only recently moved to the area, I was glad to see during lockdown that Sanjay's were offering a takeaway service. I will definitely be going back for more. See you soon team Sanjay

I love this place! Catered for my wedding four years ago and guests still talk about how great the food was, so when I realised they were now doing take away (Sanjay Express). I knew I had to celebrate our anniversary with a Sanjay meal.
We ordered a variety of meals to share... The food was top class and cannot be compared to a run of the mill takeaway, high quality food delivered to your door. The kids aren't always keen on Indian takeaways but they loved it.
Food arrived promptly and was hot upon arrival 10/10 and 100% satisfaction.
