Public conveniences are provided near the entrance to the car park. The toilets include a separate disabled-friendly loo and a unisex babychange with its own integral WC and wash facilities.

Only went here to visit Argos. Quite a few of the shops are empty now, but that is the case in most towns these days. The one real bonus of visiting Leighton Buzzard is the main car park. The ordinary spaces are huge and the toilets are always spotless.

It could be better and have better shops. Waitroses takes up alot of space plus parking at waitroses is a joke. You most likely have to use the multistorey car park. And that is a rip of parking charges. You may take an hour max at the shopping centre. The town has more shops but really its not great for variety. I would assume the council are mostly behind the lack of variety as they would charge potential shop owners an arm and a leg and this forces ppl to go elsewhere and lowers traders and shoppers. Plus the council should make parking cheaper to stimulate trade.

Waterbourne walk as an okay variety of shops to choose from, but is not really anything special. If you need some clothes, food or charity shops it will certainly be up your street. Otherwise there isn't really much to it.

Hard to tell in Covid times on a Sunday but it felt a bit quiet and the type of shops were really mixed. Probably you can find what you need in a pinch.
