We went to Ness Swimwear for advice on wetsuits. Lynn gave great advice and showed us the easiest way to get them on and off all without pressure to buy.

Excellent customer service provided in the shop & was able to try numerous pairs of goggles to find the right ones.
I bought Zoggs Predator as I specifically needed them for the 3.8k sea swim section of Ironman Barcelona.
The swim was shortened considerably due to high winds and enormous seas. My goggles stayed firmly in place and gave me the clear vision I needed to spot the buoys over the waves.

Picked up a pair of goggles today for my son. The staff are lovely, family friendly and helpful. Thank you 😀

It was so helpful to be able to visit the shop and actually try on goggles. Bought a prescription pair of Swan goggles on recommendation from the assistant. Was not familiar with the brand so would never have bought without her advice but still really pleased with them even after a few training sessions. Better fit than my prescription Zoggs. Also really good range of kids goggles and training equipment .

With our daughter moving up a level in her local swimming club there was a requirement to purchase new swimwear and ancillary swimming aids. Ness Swimwear was recommend by a fellow parent and after paying a visit to the outlet for the first time we can't recommend the establishment highly enough. Good quality swimwear, better still great assistance and insight by the proprietor who went out of his way to ensure our daughter had the right items going forward.

If you're not sure what size you are or what style is best, the guys at Ness will sort you out. They always know what size swim suit or leg suit my daughter needs better than she does. They're knowledge of the products are amazing and their expertise is brilliant. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Totally recommend.

I have purchased many items from Ness Swimwear over the years, mainly at swimming events but also online. I visited the shop for the first time recently and was very impressed. The shop sells everything you could possibly need for swimming! Very friendly and helpful service as always. The shop is very easy to find and parking no problem just opposite the shop. This shop is amazing! They have anything you need from swim suits, goggles, bags, wetsuits and more. I was looking for a wetsuit I could comfortably swim in. Lynn was great she knew what wetsuit that would be… for me. Helped me get it on and off correctly and give me all the information I needed to know about the wetsuit. I finally got to test the wetsuit out and it’s incredible! I will definitely be going back!

I was struggling to find a swimsuit for my daughter as most shops had sold out due to the hot weather. I visited Ness swimwear in swalwell, which was really easy to find. I was really impressed with the variety and quality of stock available. Lynn greeted us with a warm welcome and talked us through each style of swimwear they stocked to suit our requirements. Fitting rooms were available and we were encouraged to try on different styles and sizes to ensure we made the correct choice. Absolutely wonderful shop! Went to buy a new wetsuit for OWS. The couple running the shop were so helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. They absolutely didn’t give any pressure to buy anything and actually recommended the best value wetsuit. This place is the definition of why you should by from small business. Very glad I spent my money there and not a big brand.

We travel over 1.5hrs to get our swim wear. It's a gem of place. Aladdins Cave for all your swim wear., from competition swimming, open water swimming or just a leisure swim. The staff are the most helpful & couldn't find anyone better. 10 Stars 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️. Thank you Ness Swimwear

Excellent service. Lynn went above and beyond to ensure that the open water wetsuit we bought was a great fit for my son. She was really knowledgeable about how to get the best fit and gave us loads of tips about how to look after it and make it easier for him to take on and off. She was more committed to ensuring we got a perfect fit and good value for money rather than buying a wetsuit that was less than perfect for us . Very highly recommended. Will shop there for all our swimming stuff now .
