Sadie The Bra Lady

I visited the Sea Road store last week - and felt very pressured to buy the only bra they had in my size, comments from the alleged fitter made me feel under intense pressure to buy it , even though it wasn’t the style or colour I asked for… nor the shape I wanted. I went to return it today and found the same lady to be incredibly rude and severely… lacking in customer service skills. I initially was refused a refund but she relented “ from the goodness of her heart” However the refund was minus £5 due to the fitting !!! I find that also astounding to be charged

Excellent service and advice from the fabulous lady at the Sea Road store on Friday 11/6.. not worn a ‘good’ bra since my Breast Cancer operation in fear of feeling uncomfortable. Was fitted with care and concern - thank you 🙏🏼💞

Not a very pleasant experience - rang up and explained that I'm a new mother who is breastfeeding so was in desperate need of a new bra and fitting - asked if they would still do bra fittings with COVID-19 restrictions, was told yes, and was made an appointment for a free bra fitting at Consett branch. Went along and was met by a very rude woman who told me that it was pointless for me to have a fitting to buy other bras as they didn't do nursing bras, and that it would £15 for a bra fitting! 10 mile journey in car totally wasted.

Fantastic as always - lovely member of staff and a safe environment - I've shopped with Sadie for years but this was my first trip to Consett - it was an excellent experience and 2 sets of lovely underwear purchased which I'm delighted with.

Today I went to the shop in consett , I have to say the service was brilliant. I had put on a lot of weight and I knew my bust was larger so the lovely lady sorted me out with 3 bras , I feel so much better in them and they fit perfect , It took no more that 20 minutes to be served I would highly recommend this shop .

Very helpful staff, especially Sadie herself who is an inspiration to talk to!

Only place i buy bras.. Got a new sports bra n fits lovely...Consett shop is fabulous.lovely ladies...I hate buying bras but its never a trauma here xx

The place is quite small but well laid out inside and on the display. They have a wide range of bras in most sizes and colours. Although they do not have that many sexy bras in larger sizes. you can pay £5 for a fitting or if you buy a bra, the fitting is free. The bras are really expensive and although good quality, I do not feel they are worth the money compared to other shops. The fitting ladies are a bit too touchy freely for my liking as well.
