Tweco Roto-Ground RG-240 and Roto-Work Ground Welding Earth Clamp WCRG-1200, a 1200 amps Submerged Arc Rotary Earth. Here is one of our brand new Tweco 1200 amp Rotary Earth Clamping Systems, which comes in 2 parts. The first part is the RG-240 which is the rotary giro connection block capable of x2 95mm copper cables and 800 amps.
We have dozens of Lincoln Electric NA-3N sub arc controls and heads ready to attach to our column and boom welding manipulators, all of which are available to hire and buy. Improve productivity with the NA-3S or NA-4 automatic wire feeders. These systems have been specially designed to deposit more weld metal at fast travel speeds which eliminates bottlenecks and cuts costs.

Wow what a find this place is. As a newcomer to acdc Tig welding I called in for a few bits and pieces to finish my equipment set up and the staff were incredibly helpful and make me feel very at ease and welcome. It's a positive goldmine of everything to do with welding. In the Chesterfield area Spectrum has to be the go to place for welding supplies and equipment hire.

Always a pleasure dealing with Joe and the team, you get expert advice, no hard sell, and quality products. We went in for one welder and came out with a completely different one that better suited our needs, and it was cheaper, Joes knowledge is vast and trustworthy, plus we always have a laugh. A great company and the welder is perfect.

Dealt with this company for a short while but have had to stop using them due to the way we have been treated. We were initially happy with the service but after some poor communication we had a fairly simple issue that needed resolving. This became a huge ordeal and one of the office staff called Joe would go into hysteria everytime we tried to get this resolved. After finally getting to speak to Nigel we managed to get a resolution sorted within minutes. Would possibly use them again if we could deal with Nigel directly but try and avoid Joe if you can as he is very unprofessional, starts ranting

Spot on advice and service from joe. Not just trying to take your money and run. He instead advised me to spend less, and talked me into trying demo machine before I bought one, so I could make sure I was 100% satisfied it could do the job intended. I will definitely be using spectrum for all my plasma cutting needs in the future. Would recommend

I contacted Spectrum to purchase a particular MIG welder. After an informative chat with one of the guys, it was obvious I had selected the wrong welder for my needs. I subsequently purchased a superb Jasic MIG with some additional accessories. Cannot praise Joe and the lads at Spectrum enough for all their help. Joe has great knowledge on machinery and equipment and retro fitted a set of welding rollers to our specifications. Spectrum also did a great job refurbishing our old sets of scissor rotators and helped us out next day when our large rollers broke down and we had to hire a set. I would recommend spectrum to anybody.
