I contacted Gingham Kids just 1 week before we needed a nanny to look after our 9 month old - Dee was very able to find us a lovely nanny to look after our daughter in such short notice, within hours. Throughout the process, Dee was very responsive, caring and reliable. Our nanny was simply lovely: very calm, gentle, playful, taking very good care of our daughter - I could see they had quality time together. I'll definitely recommend Gingham Kids to my friends & will return when in need of ad hoc nanny care!

Dee and her team have some super jobs. Over the years they have placed me with some amazing families and given me wonderful support. We had a great service from Dee at Gingham Kids Nanny Agency. We had some unusual requirements -- a full-time tutor for a disabled child. Despite our experience in hiring nannies, we had a hard time formulating on paper the person we needed. We appreciated Dee's support in intuited what we needed and offering us a range of candidates to help us work it out. We have a fantastic person, who is more than we could have dreamed possible.

Firstly, this organisation has very poor organisational skills and the responses from the agents are very slow. I was dealing with one agent who was very unreliable and let me know important details last minute, they didn't know much about what it was the family wanted and didn't pass on important details. The agency as a whole aren't very supportive or helpful when it comes to travelling for interviews and are very unprofessional when interviews go wrong and I myself was completely under-prepared for my interview thanks to lack of response and detail from the agent although asking multiple times
