We set out to provide quality and affordable First Aid training for all types of people and businesses. Today, First Aid North East provides a range of courses to clients of all sizes from a variety of sectors. Our customer base covers a wide range of work environments and industries including Construction, Transport, Manufacturing, Care Homes, Nurseries, Education, Museums, and Healthcare.
This may be your own premises or another suitable training location that is convenient for you. If you do not have a venue available, we can often help by providing a suitable training room in your area, or by offering you the use of our training venue in Blaydon. The On-Site training option is particularly cost effective to those who have several people requiring training at the same time.
First Aid North East offers a high level of training to help you and your staff deal with any first aid emergencies. We offer FAIB approved first aid training courses that can be tailored to suit your workplace requirements. I have done lots of First Aid courses but I am returning here travelling from Manchester for my refresher as I felt the instructor gave precise information in a simplistic and relaxed manner , Very easy to find comfortable atmosphere and Chris made what can be very text book course a pleasure with witty banter thrown in for free , a great course looking forward to going back next week

Just returned from a one day emergency first aid at work course. This course hit on many topics that have never been mentioned on any of the three previous courses I have attended so I came away with a lot of knowledge which I hope to put into practice in the future. This course was extremely well organised and run. The instructor Chris made you feel at ease as he worked through both practical and theoretical parts of the course. Topics included CPR for adults, children and babies. Lunch was provided and was delicious, tea and coffee was available all day and apart from our lunch break there was
