Bought head lights for my BMW E90 and due to me been slack had to get in touch with the team. I had responses instantly and all the help I needed. The team was more than helpful and guided me through everything. I was very greatful as I needed the car on the road again asap. The parts look very good and did not break the bank ether. I’m very happy with everything from start to finish. I will be coming back to use them again, I highly recommend to everyone. I bought my parts for my car for the first time via ebay from energized customs.
The quality is really good and the communication with them is really good too.
They sent me by mistake the same part but after a quick email, they did sorted it out.

I came across this company via their eBay store. I needed a replacement wing mirror for my van. I am always dubious of any products that are non original products, but this company restores my faith. Item delivered quickly as promised, well packaged and more importantly a perfect fit. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks

I ordered an item for next day delivery. The delivery driver from another company had hidden my parcel in a really random place so I emailed Energized Customs (in all honesty, a bit grumpy!) to say my parcel hadn't arrived.
I was surprised that they were so helpful! Many companies just don't care when there are delivery issues and take no responsibility but this was not the case. I received fast responses to my emails and they helped me to locate the parcel which had indeed been delivered on time.
The customer service was fantastic (thank you Sheryl) and I would recommend using Energized Customs

Never again. I live in Northern Ireland, and I ordered a replacement wing mirror for my Ford Transit. A fairly easy transaction initially which turned into a long, drawn out, and unnecessarily frustrating process. The 1st attempt at this package arrived damaged, with the box looking like it had literally been dragged along the road. The glass was cracked and the unit itself was broken. I asked for a return, which is when things got complicated. DPD operate as their courier, so I was sent a link to a DPD returns page which doesn't recognise Northern Ireland postcodes. I advised Energised Customs

Product arrived in good time - no problems there, and price was competitive. My issue is that the thermal blind is too small for the window of my van. They initially told me that they would order different one from the supplier. However, after many messages backwards and forwards, Energized told me to pull it as tight as it could and it would fit...
Errr, no it won't. It doesn't matter how hard you pull it, the fact is that the blind is around 5 cm too short. No amount of pulling makes up for the poor design of the product. If you pull it any tighter it comes straight off the suction cups. I've
