I had a nightmare tracking down a replacement R heated door mirror glass inc backplate for my 2002 Astra G until I spoke to Lee Busby who told me mine (I sent him an image) was a pattern part with a different fitment to what is usual (no wonder I had probs) & although he couldn't source one for me, he did give me the name of the Taiwan manufacturer which enabled me to Google search for and find a London supplier (only one I could find) after a whole week of frustration, so 5 stars to KRP for the much appreciated help!
