I discovered Talent Yard by one of their job adverts online - I'm very glad I did! From the start they were highly professional, nothing too much trouble and they put out all the stops to try to secure me the role - From arranging interviews at short notice to prepping me, to providing feedback. There wasn't anything more they could have done - I didn't actually get the job but not due to their lack of effort, simply due to me not being the right fit for the company. I don't normally write the reviews but I felt that this one was worth sharing. I have applied for a job recently and all communication was done via Marion from TalentYard. That was easily one of the best recruitment experiences I've had in years . I did get the job in the end, but even if I didn't I would have still felt the same about the level of customer care that they provide. In an unfortunate reality of today's recruitment where very often you are just a name on a CV it is great to encounter someone who takes time to provide information, regular updates and even as simple as wishing a good

I couldn't speak more highly of Susie at TalentYard. From the first phone call with her through to the multiple check-ins once I'd started the new role she placed me in, she was professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped with useful tips during the interview process and with the logistics once I'd been offered the role. I could not recommend TalentYard more. Within about 30 hours of my first contact with Liz and Marion I had a job! After searching on my own and through other recruiters for a good few months, you can imagine my relief. My only regret is that I didn't get in contact with them sooner!!
