Document Scanning is the conversion of information on paper to information on your computer. What was on paper can then be accessed over a network, from your notebook, Ipad or phone giving easy information access and flow. But it's not that complicated to achieve. The scanning and indexing phases are relatively simple, particularly if you are doing it all the time.
Optimal Data Scan all formats of paper. We are specialists in large format scanning. We can scan any format of paper drawing up to A0 in either colour or black and white and up to 600 dpi. Our experienced operators have undertaken many large scale projects from 1940's A0 Drawings of Quarries through to a large collection of Music Festival Posters.
Optimal Data uses the latest high speed document scanning technology to scan your documents. With document scanning speeds of 200 pages per minute we can scan documents efficiently and pass on economies of scale to you in our costings. It is not only the technology that allows us to provide such an efficient service.
The start point is to identify the objectives of the scanning exercise. This would include a review of why the documents are being retained and how the scanned documents will be used. Optimal Data will suggest and discuss with you the document scanning and indexing solutions which will suit the objectives.
