Pay as You Go WiFi is available at most of our parks and offers holiday guests short term WiFi access in their caravan, as well as at bars and restaurants on site. Our Pay as You Go options start from as little as 3, with packages available from 1 hour to 28 days at most locations. All products can be purchased online using a laptop, smart phone or tablet device.
Using LPIS there was no capital outlay and no digging of any of our 300+ acres to lay cables to each of our 2500 holiday homes. LPIS came up with a solution that fitted all our requirements. Owners have high speed WIFi enough for multiple devices running everything from email to Netflix and we also kitted out our entire hire fleet and houses with a revenue generating solution to provide all our holiday guests with the same high speed WiFi.

From initial setup engineer was friendly and helpful explaining what was to be done before starting installation and answering all questions, nothing was too much trouble for him.
Been using LPIS for over a year now and only went off once for a short time, no more than 45 mins. Connection and speed is good while on line or using Netflix, occasionally buffers using Netflix but I believe it is down to weather.

One star is too good.
Intermittent service for years, recently no service for the last two months, back to intermittent very poor service and then they take a DD payment.
Comedy company with a comedy service!
DD clawback made my day! if they chose to disconnect the service they can, like we would notice! or they can fix it, which we would.

Had the direct to van internet installed to my caravan on the warren farm site in brean sands , the engineer was excellent and helpful. The internet was initially good but now I'm using it I have found it unreliable so when you want to watch Netflix and other services you cant which makes this service usless and pointless

Worst Service provider ever! Will leave you with no internet for weeks on end and not Care. They will lie to you and say that they have tried to visit your caravan but couldnt get access to your keys from your sites office (Even When they have always been available). Customer service will fob you off on thephone and tell you that they will call you back time and time again (But never do). Cancelled service and was told i would get a refund. I also guess that there are going to be more phone calls as i am not expecting to get my money back easily

Super slow internet speed which has been going on forever, download speed has been less than .5mb when it should be around 5mb+ . Poor customer service, no follow up on emails, unprofessional original installation. On our park everyone is having similar experiences and leaving LPIS and using companies such as Smarty where I am now getting 12mb++.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Been left with no intanet connection for 6 days with no apparent reason and LPIS have ignored several emails from me, a customer of around 5 years.
Speed of connectivity is poor, service interuptions are continuos, customer service is perhaps on furlough?!

Payed £25.00 for one week service while on holiday in auchinlarie never received the wifi conection called company who were unable to help and call handler said he would escalate the issue and i would get a call back which never happened, then emailed few days later to which i receved a reply to acknowledge email stating they would return email still waiting. Customer service shocking

Wifi service went down at my caravan at Ribby Park last night. I logged a ticket at LPIS portal and when I chased first thing this morning, LPIS advised that it needed an 'electrician to look at local kit' - I have since spoke to the local office at Ribby and they have confirmed it is not their equipment and the request was to reboot equipment (this has not resolved the problem).
The ticket at LPIS portal was closed in the meantime. I phoned and was told the issue was fixed (it wasn't). I was then told Ribby were dealing with it (they had already reboot and fed back it didn't work), then I was
