Our small medical fridges are perfectly designed to fit into compact spaces. Our medium-size medical refrigerators are ideal for use in medical practices where you need to store a lot of medicines and vaccines, but don't have space for one of our larger fridges. Our medium models are about dishwasher size and are designed to fit perfectly beneath a worktop, or you can use them freestanding.

This was our first purchase from CoolMed and I have to say we found the experience simple, efficient and prompt. We took delivery and were able to get everything set up without any fuss. I was also incredibly impressed at how quickly the fridge dropped down to the temperature we needed. We will definitely use CoolMed again as our requirements are increasing.

THE customer service was good, friendly helpful and prompt. The delivery service not so good. The item arrived on a pallet and was delivery out side the premises. This was not due to the courier drives fault but rather the advice he was given by his company. We weren't informed that this would be the case on delivery, but not sure whose responsibility that was.

I purchased a COOLMED medical fridge CMS59 recently to store insulin for myself and my daughter. I can honestly say this was customer service at its most professional, friendly and efficient. Matt was so patient in answering my queries and researching the information on VAT with his colleagues. He really is a star! The delivery service was also excellent. Although delivery was to the doorstep due to Covid , the fridge was not heavy and easy to manoeuvre. I ordered two vaccine fridges from CoolMed on behalf of the Doctors Surgery where I work. We paid the invoice on the 19th and the fridges were here by the 26th, which was brilliant because most retailers stated delivery would be a 2-3 week wait. I also found that the fridges were much more reasonably priced from CoolMed. Overall really happy with the service received.

Have had un under counter fridge in my clinic for just over a year. Everything from initial delivery, quality and now customer services has been first class. Had a problem (of my own making) today and spoke to Matt in technical; he was friendly, understanding and on top of it efficient. Cannot praise this company more.

Usually buy Labcold fridges which seem to last forever. My Coolmed was delivery in July, it is now November and it has died already. I usually don't bother with the extended warranty but in this case I will no doubt regret it.
I've upped my review to 3 stars as they sent someone quickly to repair it but couldn't. If I get the replacement quickly and it works we'll be at 4 stars. Maybe I just got a dud.
Now 4 stars - fridge died after 4 months but they sent someone the next day to fix it, they couldn't and we had a replacement 2 days later. Build quality isn't quite there and had I not had a remote
