PRIMOVE was launched because the lettings market is currently unfairly priced and unregulated but we at PRIMOVE want to make letting and renting FAIR for both landlords and tenants. We are sales, lettings and property management agents with offices in Bournemouth and Poole and our aim is to provide excellent customer service at very competitive rates.
As it is probably your most valuable asset, when it comes to selling your property or home, a local agent with considerable local knowledge and experience is essential. As such, we are fully committed to providing you with a top quality service and ensuring that things move along as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Excellent Customer Service - we pride ourselves on finding great tenants and maximising rental yield! Primove offer packages for landlords which have been tailored to meet your needs and are the best and fairest in the UK. Fees shown are per month. 350 - Primove advertise and find tenants for you, set up tenancy agreement, reference checks, right to rent checks, move in and complete all paperwork.
In accordance with the Tenant Fee Act, there are some permissible fees that are chargeable to tenants under certain circumstances. Holding deposit (to reserve a property) - Equivalent to 1 weeks' rent.
Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

A: PRIMOVE was created by landlords for landlords and tenants to help both deal with the unfair and unregulated lettings market which charge high extortionate fees and commissions. Brilliant estate agents- I have been renting for 9 years and they are the best I have used so far. They made it easy and stress free from start to finish. They do not discriminate because you have pets which many lettings agents do. Both Aimee and Moe have been fantastic- friendly but professional, would highly recommend. Thanks Primove:)

Moe has been my landlord for 2+ years, hes the best landlord I have ever had by far, he goes out of his way to help and make sure I'm ok nothing is ever to much trouble for him.
When I first met Moe I found it hard to believe that a landlord could b so down to earth and fair, I thought there had to b a catch, but there wasn't and I soon learnt that's just the way he is...top class landlord I can't recommend this company enough.

Primove Lettings are a refreshing change from the usual money orientated Letting Agents .
They are efficient, kind and helpful!
They helped me with a difficult landlord when no one else would. My contract came to an end and I had to stay on for an extra 2 months. I was threatened with a possession order even though I continued to pay the rent and had viewed over 20 properties. Moe met with me and talked me through the procedure and made me aware of my rights as a tenant. He took control of the paperwork and phone calls
I was kept up to date at all stages of the process and it never went to court
